Hi Carol! Thanks so much! That’s kind of a tough question– I guess my ideas and inspiration come from many years of both drawing and Bible study, and finding my niche of creating scripturally based, celebratory art.
Well, you are truly gifted! I am a 7th-12th grade art teacher and I love drawing in my journals as well. Zentangle has been a favorite of mine for several years, as well as combining various lettering fonts and styles. God has given me the talent which I thank Him for daily. Thanks for sharing your beautiful gift as well.

How do you blend and fade the colors so beautifully?
Hi Kristina! I start very lightly with colored pencils and slowly build them up, changing and layering colors.
Your illustrations are beautiful. What do you use to color your illustrations in your bible?
Hi Courtney! I use Prismacolor colored pencils and Micron pens.
