This is how we live…
meticulously manicured lawn…
recently painted white picket fence…
evenly spaced apples with no pesticides and no worms,
perfectly poufy clouds that mirror our bushes…
(insert record scratch here)… NOT!
Gee whiz, and we haven’t even gotten to talk about the inside! No, we are a little more scattered in real life. I could elaborate, but just suffice it to say that I sent my husband to the school planetarium twice yesterday, when it turned out that my son’s class was actually scheduled to go today.
Anyway, this one is true…
We actually do have hearts floating out our windows.
They all look so wonderful! Amazing details and little differences.
Seriously? You don’t have cloudlike bushes and bushlike clouds?
🙂
This is adorable, Krista! I love the curve of the landscapes too. Aah, your poor husband. But ya got a great story out of it. 🙂
Aaaaawwwww! These are so pretty, if only it’s the way it is. Life is one fine mess sometimes.
Adorable, charming words AND illustrations!
Love the little perfect houses Krista. Maybe you could paint mine to appear as perfect.
What a charming series of houses… A treat at each doorstep! I do believe that yours actually does have hearts floating out the windows, too!
Love the October header- So festive! :o)
Ahh they are all so individual Krista, we can feel the people inside them, just by looking at their houses and the mark they make on the world. Interesting isn’t it?
